Spacious and clean rooms with a variety of beds to choose from. Buffet meals that had an extensive menu with plenty of food to choose from. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The language barrier was a slight issue with some staff not being able to speak English. The location was a bit far from the main city attractions, which required extra transportation time and cost.

the clean and tidy rooms included safe storage and Yukata's. the onsens and pool area were impressive with multiple options for relaxing. the buffet breakfast and dinner provided a delicious spread of Chinese and Japanese dishes to satisfy any appetite.
The buffet may be pricey for those on a budget, and some may find the food not to their taste.
